Join certified breathwork and yoga teacher Sacha Wolfson for an immersive hour of functional breathing, mindfulness, and mindset practices designed to support brain health, enhance emotional regulation, and reduce stress and anxiety.
In this experiential session, you’ll explore how breathing patterns directly influence the nervous system, why carbon dioxide tolerance plays a key role in calm, focus, and resilience, and how small, intentional shifts in breath can create meaningful changes in how you feel—both mentally and physically.
Through a blend of education and guided practice, Sacha will share accessible, science-informed techniques that can be easily integrated into daily life to help regulate stress responses in real time.
We’ll explore:
Functional breathing mechanics to support nervous system balance
Mindset and mindfulness tools for navigating anxious or overactive thoughts
Gentle, structured breath cycles to downshift stress and build long-term resilience
This session is suitable for all experience levels. Expect a supportive, grounded environment with practical take-home tools you can use immediately to feel more centered, present, and in control of your inner state.

Sacha Wolfson is a breathwork facilitator, yoga teacher, coach, and community builder devoted to helping people heal, reconnect, and lead with purpose. His work is rooted in lived experience, moving through addiction, anxiety, depression, and the sense of not belonging in his own body and finding his way back through breath, movement, mindfulness, and embodied practice.
Today, Sacha blends functional breathing, Shamanic Release Breathwork, yoga, meditation, men’s work, and nervous system regulation to create grounded, trauma-aware experiences that honor the body’s wisdom and its natural capacity to heal. As a coach, he supports individuals and groups in cultivating sustainable, embodied practices rather than chasing quick fixes. His approach is built on small, consistent actions that create real change over time.
Sacha leads men’s groups and circles rooted in honesty, safety, and embodied leadership, where men learn to regulate their nervous systems, connect with their emotions, and serve their families and communities with integrity. He is passionate about creating spaces where men feel seen, supported, and empowered to lead from presence rather than performance.
Through Wolf Sun Wellness, he is building a lineage of healing that outlives him, a community of beautiful souls healing the world by empowering themselves and each other, a network of integrated men and women who lead and serve, and a tribe of like-minded humans devoted to making the world a better, safer, more connected place.
He wants to be remembered simply as someone who changed lives by empowering people to change their own.
