Join certified breathwork and yoga teacher Sacha Wolfson for an immersive hour of functional breathing, mindfulness, and mindset practices designed to support brain health, enhance emotional regulation, and reduce stress and anxiety.
In this experiential session, you’ll explore how breathing patterns directly influence the nervous system, why carbon dioxide tolerance plays a key role in calm, focus, and resilience, and how small, intentional shifts in breath can create meaningful changes in how you feel—both mentally and physically.
Through a blend of education and guided practice, Sacha will share accessible, science-informed techniques that can be easily integrated into daily life to help regulate stress responses in real time.
We’ll explore:
Functional breathing mechanics to support nervous system balance
Mindset and mindfulness tools for navigating anxious or overactive thoughts
Gentle, structured breath cycles to downshift stress and build long-term resilience
This session is suitable for all experience levels. Expect a supportive, grounded environment with practical take-home tools you can use immediately to feel more centered, present, and in control of your inner state.
