To perform at your best, you have to train your brain to work for you, not against you. The biological response to stress and excitement is exactly the same. And that is why top performers purposely rewire their brains to change life’s high-stress moments into excitement they need to excel.
In this April event series, we will come together and build a practical, intro "toolkit" of mindfulness and breath work techniques. Together we will practice how to step out of negative thought loops, actively recover from intense situations, and train our minds to be more resilient…. under any of the circumstances that life inevitably throws our way.
This 5-week mindfulness and breathwork program is led by Sacha Wolfson and introduces to the Bardutz Brain Health Community practical tools that will help you develop a stronger relationship with your thoughts, stress, and emotions.
Each session includes a short teaching, guided meditation, and best practices that can be easily integrated into daily life. Participants will learn techniques to regulate the nervous system, cultivate gratitude, respond to challenges with compassion, and bring mindfulness into everyday interactions.
The program is suitable for beginners and anyone looking to build a sustainable meditation and breathing practice.
