Your heart has a rhythm — but it’s the variability that tells the real story.
We’re excited to welcome back Dr. Jyotpal Singh (Dr. Joe)—an acclaimed researcher known for his work at the intersection of cardiology, neurology, and brain health—for a brand-new session that dives deeper into how the heart speaks to us as we age.

As always, Dr. Joe brings science to life with warmth and clarity, making complex topics easy to understand.
You’ll walk away with:
An understanding of how HRV reflects your health
