We’re back—and ready to move our bodies and improve our brains!

Join Holly for this energizing and inspiring online session that explores the powerful connection between movement and brain health. Whether it’s walking, balancing, strength training, or dancing in your kitchen, physical activity plays a big role in how your brain functions, builds new neurons, and rewires itself for a better, more robust cognitive functioning and mental health.

This is our first event after a summer break, and we’re kicking things off with something special. Holly recently attended the European Congress of Sport Science, where she presented some research as well as met researchers and practitioners from Europe and around the world. She’s excited to bring the latest international findings right to you—our growing online brain health community, now with over 300 members of all ages, from teenagers to developing adults of all stages in their development!

Whether you’ve been part of our Brain Class Series before or you’re brand new to our community, this talk will give you practical, science-backed ways to stay mentally sharp and physically strong. If you have heard Holly speak about this before, this will be a good review and motivating to get you moving. If you are new to the community, you will hear the benefits of movement on your brain.
