Dr. Mino Deiana was born and raised in Regina, Saskatchewan. He attended the University of Regina before completing his degree in Podiatric Medicine at the University of Salford in Manchester, England, in 1994.
Mino has been actively involved in the profession throughout his career. He is a past Vice-President of the Saskatchewan College of Podiatrists and served as Registrar from 2009 to 2012. He is a member of the Saskatchewan Podiatry Association, the Royal College of Podiatrists (UK), the Canadian Federation of Podiatric Medicine (CFPM), and Wounds Canada.
In 1998, Mino co- founded Regina Family Foot Clinic, where he remains an enthusiastic full-time partner. Over the course of his career, he has focused on walking and running biomechanics, running-related injuries, and the role of the foot in overall movement and mobility.
More recently, Dr. Deiana has developed a keen interest in the relationship between foot strength, balance, and maintaining mobility throughout life. He is passionate in helping patients understand how healthy, functional feet can contribute to stability, movement, and an active lifestyle at any age.
